Terms of Service and Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Cadence, an appointment management app that lets you create time slots, associate contacts with them, and send confirmation links. Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Account

The account is personal. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Plans and pricing

• Free-mium — 0 € incl. VAT : up to 10 contacts and 15 appointments sent per calendar month.
• Basique — 19,99 € incl. VAT per month : up to 30 contacts and 50 appointments per month.
• Standard — 69,99 € incl. VAT per month : up to 100 contacts and 250 appointments per month, full calendar (week/month view), and self-service booking.
• Economic — 139,99 € incl. VAT per month : up to 250 contacts and 1000 appointments per month, plus the monthly trend.
• Business — 199,99 € incl. VAT per month : unlimited contacts and appointments, custom invite link (branding, message, Google reviews, website), no commitment period.

Payment is monthly, by card, via our payment provider. Access to the chosen tier is activated as soon as payment is confirmed and renews automatically at each due date until cancelled.

Referral program: available from the Free-mium plan. Each user has a unique referral link. If the referred person subscribes to a paid plan, the referrer receives 30% of the amount paid each month, for as long as the referee remains subscribed. Withdrawal is possible from €25 of available balance, processed manually.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing area. Access to the paid tier remains active until the end of the already-paid period, then the account reverts to the free plan. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, immediate performance of the digital service with express agreement entails waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal for the current period.

5. Prohibited uses

• Sending unwanted solicitations or unlawful content via invitation links.
• Adding third parties' personal data without a legal basis or informing the person concerned.
• Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, deliberate overloading of the service.

Any breach may result in account suspension or deletion, without refund of amounts due for the current period.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is", with a best-efforts obligation. The publisher cannot be held liable for missed appointments, lost opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from unavailability, an undelivered email, or a data entry error.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. By entering your contacts' data, you guarantee that you have a legal basis to do so and that you inform the individuals concerned.

8. Changes and applicable law

These terms may be amended; users are informed of substantial changes before they take effect. French law applies. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
